Dr. Alex Bailey is a licensed clinical psychologist with almost 25 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, Jewish day schools and private practice. Most recently, he was the Assistant Principal for Student Services at the Fuchs Mizrachi Stark High School in Cleveland, OH.

 

As a psychologist and Jewish day school administrator, Dr. Bailey has worked extensively with students, teachers, parents, mental health providers and other administrators. His expertise is in the areas of communication, child development and academic guidance, and he has spent his career facilitating productive parent, teacher and student communication; enhancing classroom management skills for teachers; training parents in setting boundaries and improving their relationships with their children; managing oppositional behavior in adolescents; and helping adolescents and young adults manage anxiety and depression. Dr. Bailey has been particularly effective guiding high school students through their academic and social lives within the school system.

 

In his private clinical practice, Dr. Bailey has focused on families, adolescents, young adults and couples. Dr. Bailey also is a noted lecturer and workshop facilitator.
