"figuring out life"
Sometimes people just want to talk to someone objective. Perhaps there is a specific feeling or experience they want help working through. Or there’s a crisis of identity or direction in life. Or a general state of “blah.”

This emotional distress can be unhelpful at best and interfere with daily living at worst.
Dr. Bailey can be a sounding board for exploring feelings and challenges and can help guide individuals toward a resolution to whatever issue they are grappling with.
