depression

People with depression experience feelings of sadness and low mood for the majority of the day. They are unable to experience pleasure in activities that they used to enjoy and often have low self-esteem, changes in sleeping, and feelings of guilt and hopelessness. Research has shown that a combination of medication and therapy leads to more successful functioning with depression. Dr. Bailey works closely with psychiatrists in treating patients with depression and utilizes an eclectic mix of therapy approaches to help each individual client gain control.
